We’re here for you, in the NICU and after. Whether you’re a parent navigating the NICU journey, or a friend, nurse, social worker, or community member wanting to refer a NICU family in need, The Elaine Symone Foundation is here to help. No family should face these seasons alone, and support is just a support form, call, or email away. We provide financial assistance, baby essentials, care packages, encouragement, and referrals to trusted resources quickly, compassionately, and without barriers.

Our support extends beyond the NICU, helping families experiencing temporary hardship, food or housing insecurity, medical or financial strain, or emotional isolation. Anyone can request help for their own family or submit a request on behalf of someone else via our support form. Our only goal is to make sure families receive the care, resources, and encouragement they need. If your family could use support, we are ready to walk alongside you.
